Drum Roll Please...Friday, October 12, 2007

If I knew how to type how a drum roll sounds, I would do it...but I can't even think of where to start.

The last three pictures are the stuff that they had done first, so it looks a lot lighter (and not really all that yellow) compared to the front of the house. I can't wait to see what it looks like on a sunny day! The trim also doesn't look how it's supposed to yet either. It was just done on Friday, so it will likely take a couple days to dry properly.

A lot of the staining was done on Friday as well.

The railings weren't stained yet, but they were taped off more.



Here's the basement with the insulation and poly up.


Norm the Painter said that he wanted to have the staining done by Saturday, and that he would be done painting by next Friday (the 19th), which will work out good, because we want to start working on the hardwood flooring that weekend, and we aren't going to take no for an answer.
