We went to Oakbank flooring Wednesday night after work to pick out our carpeting. We narrowed it down to three different carpets, and decided that we'd take samples of the three and take them to the house and see how it looked there.
Before we went to the house, we stopped by the homes in Oakbank that are in the Parade of Homes book, and actually found a house that's interior is the exact colour that we are painting our interior. Ryan went out to the car to get the carpet samples and found that one of the samples that we brought matched exactly with the carpet that was in the house. We both liked what the carpet looked like, and decided that we'd go with that one!
When we got to the house, again, there was basement poured, and no garage pad poured. But there was a water pump installed...and apparently I was quite excited about it!
