We picked up a roto-tiller from Ryan's cousin on Wednesday night after borrowing Mom & Dad's truck, and had to drop it off at home and then drive the truck back to Mom & Dad's that night. On the way home, we drove by the house, and the wood for the framing was there.

We went out again Thursday night, thinking that since it didn't rain, something would have happened, and maybe some other work had started since the wood was sitting there...we were wrong. It was dissappointing going to the house and seeing the same thing we had seen on Wednesday, but we figured that maybe the framers were working on another place, or they were just waiting one more day until everything was really dry.

We went out to the house again on Friday night, thinking again that since it was so nice out on Thursday and Friday, that they would have worked on some of the framing. We were disappointed again, and were sort of getting a little frustrated (I'm guessing that we're not the only ones that feel this way when a house is being built. The framers can't predict the weather, or stop weather from happening), seeing as how the basement development happened so quickly. We decided that we'd call Lyle on Monday to see if he could give us any information as to when they would be starting.
